The heartbeat. The Blues.”

The International Blues Challenge represents an worldwide search for the Blues Band and Solo/Duo Blues Acts ready to perform on the international stage, yet just needing that extra big break. Each affiliate of The Blues Foundation has the right to send a band and a solo/duo act to represent its organization at the IBC.
The challenge will allow one of the talented musical groups or musicians to play at the large stage in Memphis along the historical Beale St.
Judging and performances begin at 1pm and will end around 5 pm “Intermission”
The Bank and Blues will have food Trucks tasty morsels and of course cold beer.
Announcement of the winner will then be followed by performances from Mick Kolassa and Taylor Made Blues along with Bobby “Blackhat” Walters
Promoter Mike of the foundation has said there is no other organization like this and that blues is the foundation of music in America.
