Concrete Poured for New Daytona Beach Hotel & Condominiums

DAYTONA BEACH
Alexey Lysich the developer of the new Hotel and Condo on A1A in Daytona Beach saw a dream come true.
The countdown on his project continues at 629 days to completion.
It going to be the first newly constructed beach-side hotel in Daytona Beach over twenty years and marks most expensive private development between the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean in the city’s history.
Early this morning 650 concrete trucks began to roll back and forth over Seabreeze Bridge unloading thousands of metric tons of concrete for the foundation.
It is expected the the pour will last until sometime on Monday. Traffic is being diverted and or will be delayed up and down the A1A corridor until they have completed the work.
