Karalyn and the Dawn Patrol is a band originating from the Space Coast of Florida (Brevard County). With some heavy rock, some country, some blues, and some of your favorite Americana tunes from several different decades, this band keeps an audience enthralled all night long!

Along with entertaining the musical community, everyone in the band has interesting “day jobs”…

Karalyn Woulas, of Cocoa Beach, FL, with an Aerospace Engineering degree, Applied Mathematics degree and a Masters degree in Project Management. She is currently an Electrical/Aerospace Engineer for the US Space Force (45 Space Launch Delta). She is currently serving her second 4 year term as City Commissioner in Cocoa Beach, FL.

Ricky Carroll, of Satellite Beach, FL, along with being a solid yet fluid drummer, a world-renowned surfboard shaper. He is the first East Coast surfboard shaper to win three West Coast shaping contests!

Gary Potter, lead guitar player, originally from Richmond, Rhode Island, joined “Karalyn and the Dawn Patrol”. He has toured internationally as a guitar player with several national level bands. He graduated from the Berklee College of Music in Boston and owns and manages a music school.

Bass player, Mike Witherington, of Mims, FL. a reliable, and soulful bass player was a TPS inspector for the Space Shuttle program. He spent 32 years working fot the Shuttle program, fervently inspecting all the TPS foam tiles of the Space Shuttle.
