I decided to do a quick web search on somewhere to
eat not far from where I am staying. I punched in Steak and Oysters somehow by
the food God’s up came the establishment called this “Jedediah Hawkins Inn”
in Jamesport, NY.

What a treat from the Paumanok Sauvignon Blanc to the Pumpkin Laced Dessert.
A “Behind Your Destination” place. Complete
with a very well done basement Speak Easy.
Captain Jedediah Hawkins built his home in 1863.
After becoming haunted”, the house was
restored. Is it still haunted???
The Inn has a touch of traditional and
contemporary design. The food Contemporary American.
One great find.
