Medical Marijuana in Daytona Beach

At a Daytona Beach City Commission meeting, the commissioners discussed how they would regulate medical marijuana dispensaries in the City.
It seems they don’t want to work so they just want to ban what has been been signed into state law.

We believe this action will end up being challenged in court should they vote on this matter and try to ban dispensaries. Reasons given we’re obsolete and ultimately delay getting the help to people that need the Medical Marijuana that was legalized by The State of Florida.

Those seemingly for a ban include Commissioner Dannette Henry, Ruth Trager, Kelly White and Daytona Beach Police Chief Craig Capri.
