The Real McCoy Rum Room at The Hilton
The McCoy Rum Room Opened at the Hilton this week.
Named after Captain Bill McCoy who was a rum-running smuggler/pirate. He ran rum from the Bahamas to the Eastern Seaboard “The Real McCoy” opens, as the summer in our area heats up.
The McCoy Rum Room has an incredible selection of rums available and boasts it has the largest selection in Volusia County.
It is upscale with a swanky atmosphere. Lushness and tropical woods recreate the true feel of Florida during the rum-running era.
Aye me hearties put some wind in your sails with signature rum cocktails, punches and get yourself a bite to eat.
They also have a nice selection of wines and craft beers on tap. Try the bar bites packed with flavor along side an incredibly crafted Mojito, Crab Cake Sliders, Philly Cheesesteak Buns, and Grilled Pineapple and Jalepeño Guacamole that will knock any land lubber off their feet.
