Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Charlotte NC

A quick review of Firebirds here in Charlotte NC.

The bar staff was amazing as we embarked on a food fest.

Starting with Carrot ? Cake which was smooth crunchy and sweet it was the perfect backwards way to start a meal.

A seared Tuna appetizer was next and did not disappoint as the accompanying edamame bean salad was delicious.

Of course we had steaks and lobster tails who wouldn’t after downing a few Martini’s and Old Fashioned cocktails.

We chose Decoy Cabernet for the meal and it was as perfect a Cab as ever.

Definitely seek this place out when visiting.
